Wire
Gauge Adjustment:
Turn Adjustment Rod
(to
close blades) Counter Clockwise for smaller diameter wire.
Turn out Adjustment Rod
(to open blades) Clockwise for larger Diameter wire.
For fine tuning adjust blade depth
using adjustment rod to prevent nicks and produce quality strips. |

OPERATION:
Engage foot pedal to activate and
embed blades, pull wire out of wire guide while foot pedal is pressed
to remove slug, release foot pedal to remove wire, slug will drop into
tray.
MAINTENANCE:
Only minimal maintenance required. Use
low pressure air or brush to clean debris from cutter module and
spindle. Occasionally apply a very light coating of oil around cutter
module shaft and yoke. Motor and bearing are permanently sealed.

Adjustment Screw (Blue)
for setting length of Wire Conductor Strip
Blade Replacement/Wear:
Loosen screws holding blades and occasionally rotate to even blade
wear and prolong blade life

Cutter Head Module -
Rotary Blades: Red screw opposite side (not shown) loosen to
remove Cutter Module |
